We are a woman-owned family business located in the Pelham Parkway & Morris Park section of the Bronx. Our mission is to provide high quality, freshly baked goods for all occasions. JustJazzy Cakes 212 was founded in 2014 by Evelyn Vargas, naming the company after her two (2) daughters with hopes of passing the business down to her three (3) grandchildren. The decision to rename the business to Gotham City Bakery was a decision made by Evelyn Vargas to suit her grandchildren who are actively learning and working in the bakery.
In 2015, JustJazzy Cakes 212 was the 2nd Place Winner of the StartUp! Business Plan Competition sponsored by the Science, Industry, and Business Library (SIBL) and Citibank. In 2017, JustJazzy Cakes 212 was selected as a Finalist in the American Entrepreneurship Awards.
We provide customer satisfaction, reasonable prices, high quality, and unique products with innovative flavors. All orders are baked fresh to order.
We provide cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, pies and pastries for all types of events.
The entire team is committed to designing perfect cakes and pastries. As a result, a high percentage of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals.
